Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Consultancy - Data Centres – Lisbon, Portugal

        Our client/partner operates and invests in data centers, commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, sport, and retail solutions. For many years, our surveyors have worked closely with the client, advising them on financial matters.

    As the sole contact with clients, in addition to supporting the existing team in the delivery of the project, the position represents an excellent opportunity for a proactive quantity surveying duties on a variety of interesting projects.

Requirements : 

• On large building projects knowledge of cost control.
• Good expertise on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Practical work on tendering and contracting on construction procurements.
• Good communication skills both written and vocal.
• Thoughtful and methodical attitude to work
• Abilities to change with environment.
• Abilities to negotiate, and manage things accordingly.
• Proficient in the computer applications especially in MS Office applications including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Abilities to understand the requirements.
• The capacity to cooperate in a group.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
