Malaysian Immigration:
Every worker who working in any country other then his/her motherland, he is familiar to Word Immigration. Every country have different rules for workers who are working in that country.
Here in this Blog I am talking about Malaysian Immigration. Immigration rules in Malaysia is so tough and hard, but if we are working in Malaysia we must need to follow every single rule to stay safe there. If we ignore any rule we will be in problem. Some major rules of Malaysian Immigration are written bellow which every worker need to follow;
Some Major Rules Of Malaysian Immigration:
> Must have original permit to do work
> Don't do work in that category which you are not selected for permit
> Don't do work illegally in Malaysia
> Don't run from compony where you sign contract
These are some major rules which every worker must need to follow. Here is some introduction about these rules;
Must have original permit to do work:
Like every country you need to have work permit of that country where you want to do work, same in Malaysia if you don't have work permit you are not allowed to do any work in Malaysia if you still try to cheat Immigration and start working on visit Visa or without any visa according to work you can face a big problem in future.
Because you can't take any medical facility or any government facility without permit if you go there without permit they will inform to Immigration. Then Immigration punish you very badly. Malaysian Immigration is well known bad treating Immigration in all over the world. And jails of Immigration is also very bad. So when ever you come to Malaysia must get your original work permit if you are coming to do work here. Otherwise Malaysia is very beautiful country to visit. You can visit it.
Don't do work in that category which you are not selected for permit:
When we apply for Malaysian visa we have three major categories;
Construction
Helper
Gardening
From these categories we need to select any one category for our visa according to our scope. If you think that you are good in construction field then select construction category, if you think can do helper job you can select helper category or if you think you like agriculture or have experience in gardening so you can select gardening category. After selection you get your visa with written category in it.
So point is if you try to do work in any other category even you don't have permit of that category where you are working its not allowed. If you try to do that work for some extra money Immigration can catch you and punish you and also cancel your other permit and deport you back to your country.
Don't do work illegally in Malaysia:
As other countries Malaysian Government don't tolerate Illegal workers in Malaysia. Because due to illegal workers Malaysian Government face a lot of problems. After every 2 or 3 months Malaysian Immigration catch thousands of illegal workers from all around of Malaysia. After recover Immigration treat them very badly, and give punishments then deport to there countries
According to Immigration records total number of foreign workers in Malaysia is 3M to 3.30M from these total workers 1.25M to 1.50M workers are illegal or not verified
Don't run from compony where you sign contract:
When we go to Malaysia on calling visa from a compony, we sign a contract with that compony who call us for work. Mostly contract period is 3 year which we need to complete with that compony. If we reject that contract compony deport us after taking permit fee. Otherwise compony call police or Immigration to manage problem.
But if you don't like that compony work and leave contract and run from compony, it will make a big problem for you. Because after your this step compony give your passport to Immigration and Immigration put your name in black list. You can do work illegally at any work place but you can't go outside because if Immigration find you they will charge you big amount and drop you in Immigration jail for 6 months to 3 years its depends on time for how long you are illegal.
So don't do anything wrong which become problem for you and your future life.
Some Information About Malaysian Immigration And Immigration Jails:
Malaysian Immigration is well known for treating prisoners. Immigration treat prisoners very badly. On other side Immigration jails are also in very bad condition. Mostly jails in forest at very bad place. So please don't do anything illegal in Malaysia because you face so much problem when Immigration recover you and day by day Immigration trying to remove all illegal workers from Malaysia.
So if you working illegally in Malaysia Please make your permit as soon as possible or come back on out pass or white passport
