Situation Of Work In Malaysia Now A Days:
Like every country Malaysian companies and workers are disturbed due to Covid-19. Mostly small companies release their foreign labor due to no work. And some companies cut down the salaries due to shortage of work. Covid-19 create a tough conditions all around the World.
So mostly people are prefer to come back in their motherlands because there is no more work for them. On other side persons who still working in Malaysia in some big companies they facing strict rules of their companies. Because Malaysian Government don't have any compromise for those companies who don't follow SOPs. So companies also don't want any problem so they apply strict rules on their labor.
If you are working in Malaysia yet please follow proper SOPs otherwise you will be terminated from your company and need to pay up to RM 10,000 and 6 Months Jail.
So please if you want to work in Malaysia must follow SOPs and must have valid Work Permit. Otherwise Malaysian Immigration taking very strict action against workers who don't have permits but still they are working in Malaysia, and same rules for those who have permit but working in category which don't follow permit category. So please be careful and do do anything illegal.
