Some Major Tips For Workers Who Working In Malaysia:

As my personal experience it's not easy to leave our motherland to do work. But in running period of time mostly people trying to get job or any work vacancy, outside the motherland. But it's also become a very difficult task due to Covid-19. 

Some people get good chance to get job in European countries, USA or in UK. But every one can’t afford so much visa and processing Fees for these countries. So mostly middle class people try to get job in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman or any Arab country.

But now Malaysia is also a top list country for mostly Pakistani, Indians and Bangla people. Because development in Malaysia is so fast in running period of time. So Malaysian companies call thousands of people every year. But Malaysian Immigration is soo strict, rules of Immigration is so hard every worker need to follow proper rules.

Must Follow These Tips If You Are A Malaysian Worker:

> Don't do work in any compony without calling work permit

> Bring your Passport or copy of passport with permit all  time when you go outside

> Don't go outside late at night

> Don't use local taxi to travel 

> Don't use local exchanges to transfer money to your motherland 

> Don't do any prohibited activity outside

 

Don't do work in any compony without calling work permit:

Malaysian Immigration don't allow to do work without work permit. Work permit is commonly of Two Types 1st one is compony calling permit and 2nd one is open work permit.

In compony calling permit we do contract with a compony for some time period for work in which compony provide us job, residence and transport from residence to work place (If compony have work place far from provided residence). In this case compony do contract mostly for 3 years compony also offer you medical facility and also renew your work permit after every one year without any Fee. At the end of contract compony also provide you ticket to go back your motherland.

But in open work permit we get category of visa like construction category, factory worker category or gardening category. We can select one type of category from them after selecting we get our open work permit for the all type of works which are related to our selected category of permit. In construction category we can work in any construction related project as a worker, as a electrician, as a plumber, as a driver (If we have valid licence), or as a welder. In factory worker category we can do work in any factory as a operator or as a helper. And at the end in gardening category we can work in any gardening related work as a helper in palm farms or any garden.

 

Bring your Passport or copy of passport with permit all time when you go outside:

According to Malaysian Immigration rules Immigration can check you any time in room, at work place or on road. So Question is, what we need to do that time when Immigration Officer come?

We just need to show him our Valid permit Or I-Card to Immigration. If we are working under any compony contract then no need to worry because calling compony can manage everything related to Immigration. Because compony have your original passport with your permit and provide you a copy of that permit and passport with I-Card.

But if we are working on open visa that time we need to manage everything by self. We must need to follow our visa category, and we need to bring our original passport and permit with us all the time. Otherwise Immigration can make a big problem for you.

 

Don't go outside late at night:

Going outside late at night become a problem for you. Because mostly all businesses are close at 10:00pm in Malaysia. So after 10:00pm police also don't allow you to go outside and if you still outside maybe someone hit you badly and snatch your mobile and money also. So point is please don't go outside without any major reason.

Don't use local taxi to travel: 

 In Malaysia it's not secure to use Local taxi for outsider. Because some time some Malay or Tamil drivers kidnap you and take your all money and mobile phone and also hit you badly. I am talking about just some bad people because I know all are not same (Five Fingers Are Not Equal).

So according to me please use Grab Taxi always to travel any where. Grab Taxi is secure and also cheep in price.

Don't use local exchanges to transfer money to your motherland:

As my personal experience Local exchange dealers or agents are not secure and they also charge you more then International Exchanges and they also take 1 or 2 days to transfer your money. Instead International Exchanges doing good they charge you according to International money transfer charges. And they also clear your payments in some minuets.

So I always suggest you to use International Exchanges to transfer your money to your motherland.

Don't do any prohibited activity outside:

Malaysia is very beautiful and clean country, so they always tell us to make environment clean. Spiting and dropping any garbage on road is Prohibited. Smoking is also not allowed in public. If someone is Non-Muslim and want to drink so drinking is also not allowed on road sides or in parks. 

So please don't done any Prohibited activity in public.
