How We Can Ready Our File Before Applying?

In application file we need some documents which are written bellow.

>Four passport size photographs (With White Background)

>Passport with more then 6 months of validity

 
>1copy of your valid CNIC

>1 copy of your passport

>Copy of compony calling letter or Malaysian Immigration calling letter

>Bank statement is not required if you applying for work visa with compony calling 

Processing Fee And Processing Period For Visa:

Processing Fee,

Total fee is divided in two parts first is Visa fee and second one is Processing fee as written bellow,

Visa Fee is 800.00 PKR

Processing Fee is 11,700.00 PKR

SUM of Both is 12,500.00 PKR

Processing Period,

Malaysian Immigration don't take long time to process any visa Application. They just take 7 working days to process any application after submission of your visa application farm with complete required documents.

But sum times it takes long time because Foreigner Portal tell that we take applications form our selected agents so it also depend on your agent how he deal with high commission. So please select authorized agent to submit your application form (Otherwise You Can Face Problem And Delay In Your Processing Time)

Visa Type:

Single Entry(Temporary Employment) Visa

After completing all application process and submitting our documents for visa we need to wait for 7 days. After 7 days we get our passport back with Single Entry Temporary Employment Visa. This visa just allow us to enter in Malaysia for single time and duration of this visa is 3 Months. Because according to Malaysian Immigration we need to sign a contract after reached in compony where we invited for work. After that contract sponsored compony apply for our work permit for one year. Compony do contract normally for 3 years but 3 year visa is not available so they apply for one year multiple entry visa (Work Permit).

1 Year Work Permit

In that permit sponsored compony name is mention so there for we cant do work in any other compony on the bases of that permit we sign contract so if we try to break contract compony can complain Immigration so you can face problem. So please don't break Malaysian Immigration rules and do your work in calling or contracted compony.

Compony renew your visa after every year for three years after three years if you want to sign new contract with compony you can sign or can close your self from Malaysia you cant come back during valid visa if you want to come back in any emergency case you need to pay remaining visa cost to compony any purchase your own ticket to come back. But if you drop your contract after one your visa completed then you just need to pay for ticket to compony. Other side if you clear your three years in same compony then compony will offer you ticket to go back.
