How You Can Go Back To Your Motherland?

Evening View At Kota Tinggi(Town In Malaysia)

Yesterday my viewer ask me a question. Question is I want to break my contract with my company and want to go back to my motherland, what I need to do how I can go back without any problem?
So I think in Malaysia lot of foreign workers are doing work many people want to go back same as my viewer ask me. In this Blog I will inform you some authentic and legal ways to go back to your motherland from Malaysia after breaking your contract with that company where you working.

If you are working in a Malaysian company its mean you also sign a contract before starting work in that company. Contract period is commonly 3 years. According to companies if you break contract you need to pay all your expenses which compony pay to Immigration for your work permit. It's a huge amount of RM 12,000 for 3 years.
But their are some conditions which every worker don't know. Compony never pay for 3 years permits in one time. Every year company renew your permit after paying RM 4000. Now point is if you finish your one year with any company and now you don't want that company renew your permit because you want to go back to your country. You just need inform your company HR about your problem and mostly companies understand problem and allow you to go back.
But here some companies don't accept any problem and force you to do work otherwise they tell you to pay a huge amount of RM 10,000 to RM 15,000 for Immigration fee or any other expenses which compony do on you. Actually it's a game which company playing with you because compony want you stay their and continue work. What you can do in this condition? You have two ways which are written below 👇.

Illegal Way:

Mostly persons who don't know the Labor Laws of Malaysia select illegal ways to go back to motherlands, when companies don't agree with his problems. Some people run from companies and make himself illegal in Malaysia. If Immigration recover you before selecting a way to go back to your motherland it will be a big problem for you because that time you don't have your passport with you.
In these conditions you just have LUCK if your luck is good you can go if not then you will be treat badly by Immigration.
One more thing this way is applicable that time when Out Pass open from Malaysian Immigration or White Passport opened from the Embassy of your country. If not open then you can't do anything. In this illegal way you will be Permanently Black Listed for Malaysia. If in future you want to come back in Malaysia your visa application will be rejected because Immigration mark you in Black List for Life Time.

So at the end I suggest you to select Legal way always for any work in life you need to do little straggle in legal way but your work is authentic.
